The successful incumbent is responsible for the supervision of Facilities staff, and managing the relationship with our outsourced custodial provider. Facilities Supervisor is also responsible for day to day activities; working with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction; completing administrative tasks related to the facility; participating on and leading projects as needed. This position is 50% hands on engineering work and 50% administration & supervision. Essential functions include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for the daily supervision, leadership and motivation of the Phoenix Processing Center facilities staff Responsible for overall safety of staff and oversight of OSHA regulations. Responsible for maintaining compliance with internal audit department and with all other Bank policies. Responsible for managing, assigning, and tracking daily work order, periodic preventative maintenance, and all projects. Responsible for maintaining open communication with all stakeholders and managing expectations. Responsible for creating and managing the capital and operating budgets for Phoenix Processing Center Facilities Management group. Responsible for the oversight and management of the outsourced custodial relationship.
